Privacy policy

What we collect

caffebene.mn is a static information site. We do not require accounts, we do not set our own cookies, and we do not sell personal data. Our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) keeps standard server logs such as IP addresses for security and reliability. The sections below cover the few places where information leaves your browser.

The map

The locations page and each branch page load map imagery from Mapbox. When the map loads, your browser sends ordinary web requests (including your IP address) to Mapbox, governed by the Mapbox privacy policy. The "locate me" button works only when you tap it; your position is used in your browser to center the map and is never stored by us.

Forms

Some pages have a form. Franchise inquiries are sent through a Microsoft Dynamics 365 form, and job applications through a Microsoft form. What you type, such as your name, phone number and email address, is stored in Microsoft systems that we use, and we use it to respond to you and to handle your inquiry or application.

The franchise form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA. When the form is shown, reCAPTCHA receives your IP address and some browser details, governed by Google’s privacy policy.

Job applications are kept for up to 60 months.

If you write to us by email, for example to marketing@caffebene.mn or storedevelopment@caffebene.mn, we keep your message for as long as we need it to reply and follow up.

Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager to measure how the site is used. It manages the following tools: Google Analytics 4 (visit statistics), Meta Pixel (ad measurement), Microsoft Clarity (anonymous usage replays and heatmaps) and Dynamics 365 Marketing (marketing measurement). These may set cookies and receive your IP address, governed by their providers’ privacy policies. Measurement loads only after the page has finished loading and is used in aggregate; we do not sell personal data.
